Yes, the 1st Urban Builders Home Package comes with golden glove service to set up your front door lock, thermostat, and garage door smart home devices. After closing on your new home, you must promptly schedule your internet service provider’s installation of the modem to set up your Wi-Fi service. After you have Wi-Fi, contact your local low voltage provider (gold glove service provider) specified by your Pulte sales consultant to schedule your gold glove appointment.
